I am going on a cruise vacation and we are going to be doing lots of underwater snorkeling. I want a camera that takes really high quality underwater pictures, but i don't want to get a photography camera. Something like a point and shooe that I can use for an every day camera as well. All you camera experts please help me out in choosing the right one! Thank you<3

  1. A Canon D10 would be a good one. It's a waterproof camera and is waterproof up to 33 ft. deep. You can see sample photos on Amazon.   2. if you have a camera already that takes decent pictures, just get this to put it in: http://www.aquapac.net/usstore/camera-case-br-with-hard-lens-br-420-1632-0.html It's the cheapest underwater case you can get, and it works with almost all cameras.
  3. I have used the Aquapak, and I'm not a big fan. I have several canon P&S cameras, and almost all of them have an underwater enclosure available. check out the following link for examples. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/buy/Underwater-Housings/ci/7750/N/4294272106 If you don't have a P&S already, I would suggest buying a canon, which has an enclosure available. It's a bit pricey, but it will pay for itself with quality photos (IMHO)
