Where can i find a live underwater camera?

okay its awesome to look underwater live and see tropical fish swimming this website sort of has it but not clear or tropical at all http://www.ustream.tv/channel/wolfrivercam is there anyone who knows how to get something like this but more colorful and clearer? and something in the ocean....
