Underwater Camera Housings

Do you guys know of any water-proof camera I could use underwater that takes video, and isn't expensive?

and isn't expensive? Or a water proof camera case for kodak camera's? and 1 more question. Does water resistant mean that it's water proof?

1. Water resistant doesn't mean waterproof, it just means it could get splashed and be fine. The Panasonic SDR-SW20 is waterproof up to 5ft and is about $300. It records to sd cards.
